I am an experienced financial director offering a full range of accounting services and support to the small to medium sized or owner managed business who need to have visibility of the finances tailored to their business needs and support in moving forward. 

I have a wealth of experience in industry and understand the shop floor environment and how that applies to the finances of the business now and in the future.

My experience has taught me that being an owner manager is a lonely job and, as part of my service, I am at the end of the telephone at all times to discuss issues. Similarly working with a team of directors, discussing issues and presenting information in a straight forward, no accounting jargon way.

Regular management accounts or one-off presentations for the bank and presenting them to the client or the bank in a straight forward way.

Do you need to know where your cash will be when the next VAT payment is due? What action is needed? 

Alternatively, is the bookkeeping behind and not giving a true reflection of your business. I can get this back on track.

For those who need it, I can have discussions with suppliers and other creditors to smooth the cash in difficult times.
