Adding some colour to the weekend
Why not make your weekend colourful! Join our Peter Bourne Communications volunteers Justine, Ben and Ashley at the Coalville Colour Run on Sunday 17th September. They will be brightening the runners day with a splash of colour - marshalling and throwing some colour!
The LWA Coalville Colour Run is in its second year and promises to be the most colourful event in Coalville this year! They are hoping to make it bigger and better this year with over 500 runners due to take part. As well as runners the event needs volunteers - Gina King from Living Without Abuse (LWA) Charity is appealing for some extra volunteers to help Marshall the event on Sunday morning!
It was great fun last year, with lots of wonderful runners and a fantastic celebration in Coalville park afterwards. Great family atmosphere and wonderful chance to help LWA raise much needed funds to support their work. Find out more about the charity at: http://www.lwa.org.uk/
