Workplace Pension - Employers get it wrong
Oh dear - I have been updated by The Pension Regulators in a recent report which outlined issues related to Workplace Pension Compliance.
They outlined a recent case in which an employer believed they could apply to defer their staging date from November 2013 to a date in 2017. The employer then had to calculate and backdate five months’ worth of contributions to their staging date.
